Amanda Campbell is the Founder of Amanda Campbell Consultancy and a senior sales and commercial leader with over 30 years of experience driving growth in the retail, pharmaceutical, and construction/security sectors. With a decade of experience as a Commercial Director, she has successfully led and scaled three businesses, building high-performing sales teams and achieving measurable revenue results. Amanda has received multiple awards for her sales performance and is recognized for bringing clarity, structure, and confidence to leadership teams in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As a mentor in the Go Succeed program, she provides strategic sales direction and hands-on commercial support, helping businesses transform their activities into consistent and profitable growth.
Kathy is the Founder of Pinnacle Telemarketing and a highly experienced telephone marketing and lead‑generation specialist with over 30 years of experience supporting sales growth. Her career began in the early 1980s at the Lyric Players Theatre in Belfast, where she led publicity initiatives across media, advertising, and public relations.
She later moved into recruitment, where proactive telephone outreach was central to introducing candidates to prospective employers. In 2006, Kathy established Pinnacle Telemarketing, recognising a growing demand for professional, structured sales lead generation.
Today, Pinnacle is an award‑winning telephone marketing consultancy trusted by clients across Ireland, the UK, and the USA. Kathy is recognised for her ability to engage senior decision‑makers and deliver consistent, qualified sales opportunities through targeted, personalised outreach.
