If a delegate has no prior telephone marketing experience, completing this course and obtaining a Certificate of Achievement in Professional Telephone Marketing will help them secure future employment. 
 
We offer flexibility in delivery, providing the course on your premises or via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, with each session lasting approximately three hours.
